Wade Ceramics
How we handled a new website for an old British favourite
Discover a British treasure
Midlands-based manufacturer Wade Ceramics invited LHM to pitch for a project to reinvent their corporate identity and create a more premium-looking, visually aesthetic, responsive website that would effectively showcase the breadth of their product ranges to support an internal sales push.

Showcasing Wade’s heritage
After winning the pitch, we quickly set about completely restructuring the existing Wade Ceramics site and launched an interim website to give the company a flying start. The final site build developed the premium look and feel, with carefully crafted imagery and further information like a news section and case studies. To add an extra innovative little touch, we placed hero emphasis firmly on the firm’s British heritage with a specially produced timeline showcasing their history and successes in the trade since 1810.

Tradition & technology
Wade’s new site is not only responsive so it can be easily viewed on the go, but its launch was also supported by a comprehensive social engagement push to capture and inspire audiences. A key objective was to raise awareness of the brand overall, but also of the individual – and often world-renowned – products that they design and manufacture, such as Gluggle Jugs, the Dignity range and the firm’s iconic Mortar and Pestle.
