    Menzies Hotels operate a chain of 15 four-star hotels across the UK, offering guests at every hotel an outstanding level of services and facilities. Throughout their venues, they offer conferencing and banqueting facilities, and even golf and spa’s in selected locations. LHM were appointed to deliver a new website, and worked closely with members of the Menzies team to develop a comprehensive planning strategy.

    Menzies were about to embark on a very ambitious rebrand to further reinforce their position of quality in the UK leisure market. They took this as an opportunity to create a completely new site in order to effectively represent the new brand and maximise on revenue opportunities online. LHM also developed a mobile-optimised version of the site, combined with device detection, meaning that Menzies site was perfect for mobile browsers, and maximised opportunity for revenue growth.

    Our visually led approach breathed new life to the online experience for Menzies users and reinvigorated the brand. We have since been working with Menzies on web reporting and social media strategy, ensuring we aren’t missing opportunities in visitor levels on their site. Recent web reporting has shown conversion rates above target so far in 2013.
