    Lovell is a leading operator in the UK housing sector – from construction to repairs and maintenance. They pride themselves on being the first in affordable housing, becoming an integral and active presence in the communities they help to build. Following a full corporate rebrand in early 2012, they were keen to explore the benefits of digital and update their website to reflect their new brand and act as hub for their marketing material.

  • Brick by brick

    LHM employed a phased release approach to the site, whereby the priority Repairs & Maintenance section would be made live first. Elements of that site would then be used to build the main corporate site into which, on completion, the repairs and maintenance site would be integrated. New areas such as the interactive company timeline highlighted Lovell’s unrivalled heritage and history in the industry, while the dedicated Customer Zone allowed Lovell tenants to find out about their communities and report repairs online.

  • Warm welcome

    The project was such a success that in early 2013, Lovell decided that the online presence for their Careers division (originally intended as a stand-alone microsite) should be integrated into the corporate site, and LHM were tasked with accounting for this. Lovell and LHM are continuing to work together to ensure the potential of the new site is maximised to the full.
