LHM is delighted to be sponsoring RAVEs 2016 (Recognition award for volunteers and employees) on the 14th October at the ICC in Birmingham with its product Rate+Review.
The prestigious event is organised by WATMOS which celebrates the outstanding work of its staff and volunteers.
WATMOS is a unique landlord owning almost 2700 homes for rent in the Walsall area of the West Midlands and Lambeth in London. The organisation is based around eleven Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) who have successfully managed their own estates for many years. It values tenant management and believes that local people should decide how their housing services are run.
As a charitable housing association, the main role of WATMOS is to provide accommodation for people in housing need. Each TMO has a management agreement with WATMOS to provide local housing services.
Rate+Review has gone from strength to strength in 2016 for LHM, successfully helping organisations to lower their costs for tenant involvement and improve engagement and customer experience analysis.
Ian Hughes from LHM will be presenting the Volunteer Award:
